Due to the nature of our products, including imported and limited-quantity items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and delivered.
In line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa, returns will only be considered if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Any such claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported with clear photographic evidence.
Imported and pre-ordered items are non-refundable unless deemed faulty.
We reserve the right to assess all claims and, where applicable, offer a replacement or suitable resolution.
